What is more important, peace of mind or money?

If you’ve ever tossed and turned at night with anxiety, you already know the answer.

Peace of mind is the one currency that never devalues. You can be lying on a silk mattress with millions in your account, but if your head is filled with noise, if you’re replaying arguments, deadlines, or fears, the money doesn’t matter. You’re still poor in the only sense that counts.

Money, of course, has its place. Let’s not romanticize struggle. Lack of money can take away dignity, opportunities, and even basic freedom. It can buy you comfort, options, and some sense of security.
But it cannot buy silence in your mind.

Think of it this way:

If money was everything, billionaires wouldn’t meditate, seek therapy, or retreat into the mountains.
