The first layer of Circle of NEW YOU is known as Physical personality, which deals with organs of perception and action. This is the outer layer of human body, which depicts physical identity of humans in material world.

While understanding the Circle of NEW YOU, understanding of physical personality makes it simpler and more logical. Human beings are the most sophisticated, beautiful and complex creations of universe. Senses comprising of organs of perception and action, are the core of this layer.

Sense organ is an instrument of perception and action. Without sense organs we become a senseless object. Sense perception and action is the process of receiving the stimuli and signals from the external world and sending a response back, as deemed appropriate.

The smooth functioning of these senses of perception and action brings out the best of physical personality.

Philosophy

Physical personality is the first layer of Circle of NEW YOU represented by the red colour in the concentric layer. This layer comprises five organs of perception and five organs of action.

This is the layer which depicts physical identity of humans in material world.

The gamut of challenges we face in every walk of our life is channelized by how we present ourselves to the outer world. The world is dominated by prejudices, augmented narrative of rules defined by a handful few and which is subject of interpretations.

In modern times, the abstract interpretations are termed as philosophical thoughts whereas materialistic interpretation as scientific explanations.

The Circle of NEW YOU is a philosophy to decode the core of human engineering in simplified format.

Our physical personality is a lot about how we perceive and interact with the physical world. Right from smelling a cup of coffee to seeing a beautiful object, organs of perceptions and actions have a cause-and-effect relationship, which dominates this layer.

A sense-organ as Aristotle would say, is an “organon” - a tool or instrument of perception and action.

It can be taken for granted that explanation of perception refers to physical processes. Modern science tries to dissociate philosophical theories from scientific explanations.

e.g. Vision is understood as a physical process in a physical system which is identified through the ‘light energy’, ‘electrical pulses’. The conversion of light energy to electrical pulses happens in eye, however deciphering of the pulses happen through the brain. So as per modern science, there is an uninterpreted interaction that happens between energy source, organs, processes and brain.

Sense perception is a physical process that we can observe and measure in the sense-organs. There is always a debate between various interpretation of the way the organs of perception and action interact. Even the philosopher like Aristotle has been critically challenged in the theory of perception, where there is no physiological process which is related to perception of colour or as sound as matter to form. So, some philosophers debate that whether there is some process or interactive medium, he missed it out in his various books.

Our physical personality which is dominant factor of how the world sees us are more or less is the reflection of the outcome driven by continuous interaction between organs of perception and action.

The more effective the interactions are, the more effective world perceives us. There are no fixed methods which have been developed until now to make the interaction between sense organs, sense objects and sense perception more effectively to transform a common human through the dominant role of this outer physical layer.

The more we can control and extrapolate this layer, we become more favourite of the outer world.
